Job Title
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting and supporting individuals in group activities and outings.
* Providing in-home and community respite services.
* Supporting participants in our respite house facility.
* Assisting with light domestic duties, personal hygiene, providing meals, and other health-related activities.
* Assisting to develop independence and build life skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Current and clear Working with Children Check.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor.
* Qualifications or experience highly desirable.
