**The Position**
Reporting into the Administrator Manager, this role is at the heart of the business and ensuring the best service is given in a timely and responsive manner. This role is about seamless delivery and a truly cross functional role
- Servicing the Portables revenue stream, high volume/high transaction processing
- Billing of portables change outs, bulk commercial client purchases
- Ordering stock, stock transfers, PO's
- Service call raising, maintenance
- Allocating of technicians, run allocations
- General admin tasks, call centre overflow
- Solid administration or customer service experience in a large fast-pasted organisation
- High volume service industry exposure is preferred (but not essential)
- Quick learner, self-starter, ability to wok under pressure and to strict company deadlines
- Very high attention to detail, solid data entry, and very good communicator
- Robust and proven customer focus, and business-oriented mind
