!2-month fixed term contract
- Salary package $115,000-$125,000
- Located in the North-East of Melbourne
The Role:
- Working with the ICT Support team to manage user access, procure ICT equipment and coordinate general support requests.
- Providing business systems support (office suite, systems, reports etc.)
- Ensuring that systems have high availability. Where a system has gone offline identify the cause and undertake tasks to remediate or engage with the right parties to assist.
- Carrying out development fixes as and when required (on cloud and local systems)
- Maintaining client focus by building and maintaining productive relationships with internal customers/stakeholder) including:
- Clarifying and prioritising service requests to ensure the delivery of the appropriate level of IT services to achieve business objectives
- End User Support:
- Business equipment maintenance
Application Support:
- Developing APIs for multiple points of integration
- Triaging ERP support requests raised by the business and addressing them in a timely manner or raising the request with vendors.
- Escalating incidents (that cannot be solved internally by Porta) to vendor
- Identifying and addressing faults with Porta’s business intelligence platforms
- Power BI
- SQL Database (Azure) - data and stored procedures
- Azure Data factory
- Tableau
- Checking Excel data files
- Legacy Database Reporting
- Modifying code in Access Databases when required to generate data for a particular period.
- Data cleansing and management
- Data integrity checks (daily reports)
- Developing current or modifying existing reports in Power BI and Tableau
- Working with ICT Manager to address gaps and risks
