**Job Summary**
This role involves providing guidance and support to managers on employee matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Management: Set up and conduct performance review meetings across two shifts daily, provide coaching and support to managers, and facilitate a culture of feedback.
* HR Operations & Support: Handle contract management, onboard new employees, provide recruitment support, and undertake generalist HR administration tasks.
* Culture Champion: Foster a positive work environment by being visible, connected, and involved. Build relationships with staff and promote a culture that aligns with the organization's values.
**What You'll Need To Succeed:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience in HR advisory roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
