Reporting to the Regional Manager for Customer Installations, you will be responsible for the effective administration of customer installations and the management of Field Service Technicians (FST) within an assigned region. This role focuses on ensuring that maintenance and installations are conducted safely, reliably, and in accordance with company standards.* **Team Management and Support:**Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs). You will oversee their daily responsibilities, providing the necessary support and technical guidance to ensure performance targets are met.* **Technical Oversight:**Provide engineering and technical support to FSTs and contractors. You will ensure that standard engineering practices are applied to all regional installation and maintenance activities.* **Operational Administration:**Manage the lifecycle of maintenance work, including budgets and timeframes. Responsibilities include assisting with new project estimates, purchasing maintenance parts, and maintaining stock control in line with cost targets.* **Stakeholder Coordination:**Manage the interface between Air Liquide and external suppliers or contractors.
