Your opportunity
Working alongside experienced Partners who are committed to your development, you will be:
* Advising and acting for buyers, sellers and developers across a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions.
* Managing commercial and retail leasing matters for landlords, tenants and property stakeholders.
* Supporting subdivision, development and land titling projects from inception through to completion.
* Delivering strategic legal advice across diverse property and real estate matters within a collaborative and client‐focused practice environment.
* Managing files independently with thoughtful partner guidance and support.
About You
They're looking for someone who brings:
* At least 3 years PQE.
* Ideally 12 months drafting property and leasing documents.
* Experience in commercial conveyancing and commercial leasing.
* Solid organisational and file management capabilities.
* A commercial mindset and genuine interest in property and real estate.
* The ability to build authentic, lasting client relationships.
