At Sublime Care, we only want passionate, like-minded, hard-working humans who take pride in what they do and don’t crumble under a bit of variety… or a lot of it. We’ve built a positive, supportive culture, and we don’t let just anyone in.
If you can pivot between five tasks before lunch, complete them accurately, navigate multiple personalities, and still show up with a genuine smile—keep reading.
Let’s go…
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, enjoy a laugh, understand jokes are just that, and can work collaboratively without announcing “not my job!”?
Do you genuinely care about helping others—including people with disability and older clients—and know a thing or two about the industry? You’re basically golden to us.

- Friendly, approachable, and armed with common sense
- Able to work quickly and smartly
- Not afraid of varied work—sometimes you’ll need to find the answer
- Comfortable researching, negotiating, problem-solving
- Someone who can laugh, stay focused, and get things done
- A “say yes—but ask good questions” human
Still keen?
