We have a very exciting position for a professional, confident and composed Restaurant Manager. A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in a similar style venue with fantastic leadership skills and a strong work ethic to lead our brilliant + fun front of house team at Mandurah's leading restaurant.
We are looking for someone that has a true genuine passion for delivering consistently fantastic service, has a true love for the industry and exceptional relationship- building skills with their team and our customers.
You are required to have a sound knowledge in modern, seasonal food, cocktails and bar work, and at least basic knowledge of new + old world wines from Australia and Europe.
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for all front of house operations including the organisation of reservations, problem solving, any required communication with our guests and suppliers, rosters, ordering and weekly stock takes. Maintaining the high standards of hygiene, health and safety and stock control.

Pay: $60,032.31 – $79,204.33 per year
