Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across commercial and condominium properties located in Fairfield and New Haven County areas.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for building repairs and maintenance
* Perform facilities maintenance repairs, including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc.
* Carry out preventative maintenance throughout the building to ensure optimal performance and safety
* Execute daily operations to maintain commercial buildings and condominiums in working order
* Liaise between management and vendors for specific tasks
* Manage the daily schedule to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
* Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties
Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience in home maintenance or a related field
* Knowledge of home maintenance techniques and equipment
* Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
* Strong maintenance experience and skills
* Valid driver's license
