Whether you're greeting members, answering calls, or whipping up protein shakes, you'll deliver exceptional service.What You'll Be Doing:Greet and assist members at reception and in the caféAnswer calls, manage enquiries, and support with class bookingsHelp parents book their kids into Kids' CartelPrepare coffee and protein shakes in our caféSupport product and membership salesKeep reception and café areas clean, tidy, and stockedPerform opening and closing dutiesWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Availability throughout December & January (closed Christmas Day only)Previous customer service experience and great communication skillsA positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for fitnessReliability, punctuality, and strong work ethicFlexibility to work shifts suited to gym operationsCurrent First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)About Fitness Cartel Australia:At Fitness Cartel Australia, we're more than a gym – we're a fast-growing, feel-good fitness brand with bold plans to growto 60+ clubs by ****.
