Job Description
As a Visitor Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting memorable experiences for visitors. Your responsibilities include maintaining a strong presence on the floor, particularly during events, and ensuring seamless operational transitions.
You will coordinate front-of-house operations for performances in HOTA's Theatre, liaise with producers and hirers to align visitor experience operations with performance requirements, and develop and deliver training specific to theatre operations.
Additionally, you will oversee team rosters, monitor staff well-being and visitor needs, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HOTA's exhibitions, collections, and local tourism.
This role requires a passion for art and the Gold Coast, exceptional people skills, emotional intelligence, organisational and problem-solving abilities, and customer service and communication skills.
