We are currently seeking individuals to fill a Customer Service Supervisor position. The successful candidate will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings and responding to inquiries.
About the Role
The Customer Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening. They assist with leadership duties and review various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer. The supervisor communicates rental procedures and guidelines effectively, completes rental bookings in a timely manner and answers customer questions and inquiries.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence. This is a full-time position requiring availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.
