About the role
We are looking for experienced, trade‐qualified Print Press Operators to join our production teams across Australia. The role involves operating state‐of‐the‐art printing and finishing technology, producing premium labels for world‐class brands, working in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and strong team culture.
Duties
* Operate advanced printing technology to deliver client orders on time and to a high‐quality standard.
* Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
* Inspect components regularly and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
* Uphold quality assurance practices, maintaining accurate production and quality records.
* Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
About you
* Trade qualified (CertificateIII in Print or equivalent).
* Skilled in Offset (TCS, MO3, MO4, Lithographic), Nilpeter, Rotary, Flexographic (Flexo) or Digital print processes.
* Experience with highly embellished labels is a plus, but not essential.
* Background in printing or manufacturing environments preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control standards.
* Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
