From day one, as a Coles Group Graduate, you'll feel connected to our purpose of helping Australians eat and live better every day. Our two-year (three years for Finance Graduates) hands-on learning experience is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in your role.
You will play a key part in providing food, drink and home solutions that are delicious, sustainable and healthy for our customers; and ensuring a consistent experience for our customers every day, both in-store and online.
