We are looking for a detail‐oriented and proactive Shipping Officer to join our Queensland team based in Rocklea.

What You'll Do
* Plan, coordinate, and review complex export documentation strictly meeting buyer, bank, contract, and letter of credit requirements.
* Efficiently update and maintain critical data within our shipping and logistics systems with a high degree of accuracy.
* Handle and prepare foundational accounting and invoicing activities related to the shipping and logistics function.
* Liaise with internal teams, banks, buyers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of documents and smooth cargo dispatch.
Who We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in logistics, international freight forwarding, or container shipping
* Proficiency in shipping systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Exceptional administrative skills and a proven ability to build rapport and manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Prior experience in recycling, waste management, or scrap metal is highly regarded, but not essential.
