About the Role:
* Schedule B payments are made as an extra bonus each month.
* Provide professional and approachable support to owners, residents, and committees.
* Coordinate repairs, routine maintenance, and capital works with trusted tradespeople.
* Support long-term asset planning and ensure full legislative compliance.
* Prepare for and lead AGM/EGM and Committee Meetings with confidence.
* Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across multiple strata schemes.
* Oversee budgets, levies, and financial reporting with strong attention to detail.
* Leverage a skilled admin support team to streamline tasks and maintain an efficient workload.
About You:
* A Class 2 Licence or COR is highly desirable.
* MUST have Strata experience either as a Strata Manager or Strata Assistant, looking to step up.
* Understanding of Strata legislation and compliance.
* CLEAR COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL ABILITY.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently.
