The Role
We're looking for a professional individual to join our Guest Services team. This role is at the heart of The Brooklet experience — welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every stay feels effortless and memorable. This role is ideal for someone who is not looking to be a receptionist but a hands on all rounder in a small team.
Your Day May Include
* Front of house interaction with guests
* Managing check-ins, check-outs and reservations on MEWS/ AKIA
* Assisting guests with recommendations and local insights from guest enquiry to departure
* Supporting daily operations of the estate
* Food and Beverage preparation - RSA is essential
About You
* You have previous experience in a refined hospitality environment
* You communicate with ease and confidence and present well to guests
* You have a calm, attentive nature and a keen eye for detail
* You take pride in creating memorable experiences for others
* You're flexible with availability and comfortable working in a boutique and quiet environment

Offering
* hours per week on a Level 4 Hospitality Award.
* Shift hours between 8am and 7pm.
