Location & Dates
* Shepparton locations.
* Exam dates start early June for a 3‐week duration, with exams scheduled on weekdays and weekends, Monday to Saturday.
Shifts & Pay
* Shift times will vary, ranging up to 12‐hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
* Pay rate will be $36.49 per hour + super.
* Paid training will be provided before you commence.
* Easily accessible by public transport.
* Work With Children Check is required for this role.
Full availability across the entire exam period is essential.
What You'll Bring to the Exam Invigilator Role
* Strong communication: confident in engaging with both students and staff to ensure exams run smoothly.
* Service orientation: delivering qualified and supportive customer service to all stakeholders.
* Reliability & punctuality: a dependable presence that helps maintain the integrity and flow of exams.
* Tech confidence: proficient with Microsoft Office and able to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
* Discretion: committed to safeguarding confidentiality and handling exam materials securely.
* Attention to process: able to follow assessment requirements and exam protocols with precision.
* Compliance: you must either possess or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (or hold current VIT registration).
