Responsibilities
* Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan
* Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principles, including market engagement where required
* Preparation of cost reports
* Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation report
* Assessment of contractor variations
* Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of a payment recommendation to the Superintendent
* Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data
* Utilisation of our digital offering, the Hive, for implementation of all deliverables
Qualifications
* 3 years post graduate experience
* AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
* Experience in CostX preferred
* Experience across the life cycle of projects with work in pre‐contract, procurement, and post contract activities
