Talenza are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS start-up delivering a cutting‐edge booking platform. With a strong client‐first mentality and a focus on innovation, they are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex integration programs across a dynamic ecosystem.
The Role
This is a key delivery leadership position responsible for driving end‐to‐end integration initiatives between vendor, client, and internal product teams. You'll ensure seamless delivery of a cloud‐based booking system in a fast‐paced, start‐up environment where structure and agility must coexist. A strong foundation in project management fundamentals is critical—particularly within software delivery. You'll be expected to define and control scope, navigate complexity, and escape risks and blockers early to keep delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of complex SaaS integration programs across multiple stakeholders
* Act as the key interface between clients, vendors, and internal teams
* Own and manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
* Ensure clear scope definition and effective change control
* Proactively identify issues and escalate where required
* Apply strong delivery governance and project discipline
* Drive a client‐first approach to outcomes and solutions
* Coordinate releases, deployments, and integration testing
* Maintain momentum in a high‐growth, fast‐moving environment
About You
* Experienced Senior Delivery Manager / Program Manager in SaaS or product environments
* Strong grounding in project management fundamentals (scope, governance, risk, escalation)
* Background working in start‐up or scale‐up environments
* Comfortable balancing structure, pace, and ambiguity
* Confident managing scope, pushing back, and escalating effectively
* Excellent stakeholder engagement with a customer‐first mindset
* Solid understanding of cloud‐based software delivery
