The Role
This is a full-time position working across multiple residential projects throughout Sydney. Our commitment to clients — \"Excellence in Housing\" — is centred around outstanding service and superior build quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Perform skilled carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, roofing, flooring, siding, and finishing work
* Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction issues
* Safely and efficiently use a wide range of hand and power tools
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
* Work on scaffolding, ladders, and elevated platforms as required
Skills & Experience Qualifications:
* Relevant Trade Certificate in Carpentry
* Certificate III level Trade Certificate in Carpentry is required
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Carpenter
* Solid knowledge of residential and/or commercial carpentry techniques
* White Card holder
Personal Attributes:
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues
* Flexible to work occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
