This role involves leading a team of engineers to produce high-quality plans aligned with site standards and operational needs.
* Lead a team of engineers in all aspects of underground drill and blast and weekly scheduling required for safe and efficient mining.
* Be responsible for guiding engineers to produce high-quality plans aligned with site standards, operational needs, and schedule requirements.
* Maintain safety performance while executing the mine production plan, and ensure compliance to established objectives.
