Our Community Development team is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join them in Carrara, Gold Coast. In this role you will manage the civil design and documentation for a variety of land, urban, and subdivision projects in both the public and private sectors, across an extensive regional client portfolio. You will be involved in resolving design constraints, coordinating projects, interfacing with various disciplines, and delivering projects with the support of a multi-disciplinary design team.

Day‐to‐Day Tasks
* Design, coordinate and manage land, urban, and subdivision projects from feasibility through construction.
* Prepare technical reports and specifications.
* Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects.
* Manage project scheduling and budgets.
* Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
* Undertake and manage site inspections.
* Contribute to the development of Stantec's knowledge and skills in civil engineering, including planning, design, and construction.
* Maintain existing and develop new trusted relationships with key clients.
* Assist in securing and delivering projects through business development and client‐relationship management.
What You Will Bring
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
* Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and delivery of projects, ideally within urban, land, and subdivisions.
* Experience and sound understanding of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modelling, and construction.
* Project management skills.
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
