Compensation
Total Remuneration Package: $95,952 pa. Package includes salary ($68,523 – $84,659), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Role Summary
In this role, you will be part of the Radio Operations Group, Technology & Communication Services Command. You will task and coordinate activities of police resources responding to incidents, process urgent and non‐urgent telephone calls to provide timely information to operational police, and support shift work operations in accordance with award criteria. You will also undergo a fifteen‐week paid training programme and a probation period.
Key Responsibilities
* Task and coordinate activities of police resources responding to incidents.
* Process urgent and non‐urgent telephone calls to provide timely information to operational police.
* Assist in the implementation of shift work, including penalty rates.
* Complete the paid fifteen‐week training programme at the Newcastle Radio Operations Centre.
Qualifications & Eligibility
* Permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand citizen.
* Must successfully complete the paid Training Programme and probation period.
* Must undergo a National Police criminal history check and maintain a Security Clearance.
