Senior Maintenance Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient maintenance services.
* Conducting regular inspections and diagnostics using OEM Can Bus technology and service manuals to ensure compliance with site standards.
* Collaborating with planners and team leaders to manage scheduled maintenance and updates, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
* Overseeing quarterly LV and HV inspections to uphold site standards and identify areas for improvement.
About You:
* You hold a Light Vehicle Mechanic Trade qualification (or equivalent) and have extensive experience in leading maintenance teams.
* You possess strong diagnostic skills, particularly in electronic diagnostics and Can Bus systems, with hands-on experience in repairing Toyota and Ford light vehicles.
* You are proficient in OEM service manuals and confident in performing both LV and HV inspections to uphold site standards.
