About the Family
A kind and welcoming family based in Killara is seeking a warm, patient and reliable nanny to support their family long-term.
The family has two children aged 4 years and 1 year, with the primary focus of the role being the care of their youngest child while one parent is usually working from home.
They are looking for someone who will provide nurturing, attentive care and become a trusted and valued part of their family's routine.
The Role
This is a lovely part-time role caring for a happy and active 1-year-old in a calm and welcoming home environment, with occasional care of their 4-year-old sibling.
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing attentive care and supervision
* Supporting age-appropriate play and development
* Preparing and serving meals and snacks
* Coordinating naps and daily routines
* Reading, singing and engaging in interactive play
* Taking the child on walks and outings where appropriate
* Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
The family is seeking a nanny who enjoys working with toddlers and can provide consistent, loving care while supporting their development and independence.
Driving
* Driver's licence required
* Family vehicle provided
* Occasional daycare drop-offs and pick-ups may be required for the older child
Household Duties
Childcare will always be the priority. During nap times or when appropriate, assistance with light household tasks would be appreciated, including:
* Family laundry
* Tidying children's areas
* Cleaning up after meals and activities

Requirements
* 3+ years previous nanny or childcare experience preferred
* Current Working With Children Check
