About The Role

The Finance Administrator will assist the Finance Team with various tasks on a part-time basis, requiring a commitment of two days per week. The role will involve rotating through several functions within the finance department to support its operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the team with various finance tasks.
* Assist with maintaining finance systems.
* Perform general administrative duties related to finance
* Assisting the CFO and Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks when required.

Prerequisite Skills and Experience:

* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
* Ability to effectively manage time
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Have a positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team as well as autonomously
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Demonstrated experience with accounts payable/ Accounts receivable function.
* Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* All training will be provided on the job
