We are currently seeking a Geraldton resident who is a suitably experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in this permanent full-time position. Working in a well equipped, clean office environment, the successful applicant will be offered a competitive remuneration package. We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual who by bringing their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm will become an integral part of our team.
This is a permanent full time position Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Description
* Providing professional first point of contact for company services.
* Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
* Managing front desk services and maintaining a well-presented reception.
* Accurately recording payment transactions including cash, cheque, and EFTPOS.
* General data entry, filing and record keeping.
* Administrative support and general office duties.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Be well presented and professional.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Pleasant and confident phone manner.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel spreadsheets.
* Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
* Proven previous account administration experience will be held in the highest regard.
* Efficient time management.
* Willing to complete a pre-employment medical.
* Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
