Collaborate with project management and operations teams to coordinate outages, updates, and deployments
Plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts — including some after-hours work as required
Design and execute test plans to verify the functionality of deployed solutions
Provide technical leadership to project teams and serve as an escalation point for complex issues
Maintain detailed technical documentation including configurations, risk assessments, and change logs
Ensure compliance with best practices in network security and cloud governance
Conduct onsite installations and system commissioning as needed
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
