What You'll Do:
• Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to high standards
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas
• Meet the physical demands of this role, require a level of fitness and have a resilient and can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the presentation of the property to a consistent standard.
2. Work effectively as part of a busy team, following direction related to daily tasks and expectations
3. Be available to work during peak periods including weekends, school and public holidays, as well as the festive Christmas and New Year period.
What We're Looking For:
- A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
- Good time management and an eye for detail
- An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
