* Attended Body Corporate meetings and provided expert guidance to General Managers on MLR compliance and agreement renewals.
* Ensured compliance with MLR agreements and supported agreement renewals, aligning with industry best practices.
* Collaborated with Legal and Compliance teams on strata-related matters, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Developed and led initiatives to improve caretaking services across the Group, focusing on enhanced guest experiences.
* Delivered training and support on strata legislation and best practices, empowering team members with essential knowledge.
