Mentoring and motivating a team of apprentices, skilled technicians and supervisors

To be successful you need to have:
Proven people management experience in a fast-paced service environment
A passion for leading teams and delivering outstanding customer outcomes
Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Sound mechanical knowledge (automotive trade certificate preferred)
Exceptional communication, organisation, and leadership skills
