Personal Care Assistant Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide care and support to our clients living in the community.
This role involves providing personal care assistance, daily living support, and accompanying clients on scheduled visits. You will work closely with clients to develop individualized care plans tailored to their needs.
* Supporting clients with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
* Providing transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
* Accompanying clients on outings for recreational and social activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification, a current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum), and own a roadworthy and insured vehicle.
