What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in a care or support role. We particularly encourage applications from people with lived experience, and those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
You Will Also Have
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
- A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
- Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings and sleepover shifts.
A Day in the Life
Role
- Help clients with personal care and daily living skills.
- Plan and attend appointments and social activities for community engagement and skill development.
- Complete daily case notes, incident reports and administrative tasks.
- Work across various age groups as required.

- Competitive Pay: A base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour, plus casual and shift loadings as per the SCHADS Award and 12% super.
