Responsibilities
This is a multi-skilled position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services for a patient centred health care environment including support in:
* Cleaning
* Linen services
* Food services assistant (Kitchen Hand)
* Removal of waste
* Transportation of patients
* Transport and maintenance of equipment, and materials.
This position will require the ability to achieve the required quality and safety standards that are set within the department initiative and sound judgement, exercise a degree of autonomy and to work with and provide support for supervisor operational service.
About The Team
The Sarina Hospital has brand new (2024) purpose-built hospital with 16 inpatient beds providing general medical acute and sub-acute care and admissions, a 24‐hour emergency department, palliative care, pathology collection, radiology services, respite care, rehabilitation care, telehealth services, as well as various clinics and visiting services.
