Administration Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team. As the key person for client account management and financial processing, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client account setup and ongoing maintenance
* Perform financial transactions and system entries using SAP
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
* Coordinate general ledger updates and related administrative tasks
* Provide administrative support across various business units
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in administration management, ideally in agriculture or livestock
* Strong financial acumen and familiarity with SAP (highly desirable)
* Excellent client service and communication skills
* Ability to lead and support a diverse team
* A background in farming or livestock is a strong advantage
