Be part of Adairs, Australia’s ultimate home style destination. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Stock Control Assistant to support the smooth operations of our Studio and Chadstone support office. You’ll be integral in keeping our Marketing, Product, and Retail teams fully stocked and organised, ensuring our products are delivered accurately and efficiently.
How you will spend your day
Assist with set up and take down of studio props, unpack and sort products, maintain protected and organised studio
Accept, sort and deliver product, unpack and distribute deliveries and remove waste
communicate product delivery updates to teams
Use company vehicle to deliver samples, props and products to external partners or suppliers
Assist with basic maintenance, furniture assembly, and display movement as required
Complete urgent deliveries for customers or photo shoots
About You
Current driver’s license (heavy vehicle license advantageous) and safe driving record
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail, organisation skills, and a proactive approach to tasks
