As a Reservations Agent, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by handling all incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate department. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure that guests receive tailored solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
* Analyse and update guest requests to meet their requirements.
* Assist with hotel outlet reservations and guest orders.
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests.
