OPPORTUNITY:
Raglan Drilling is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to assist with managing and promoting HSE activities within our exploration drilling operations.
The role is ideally based in Kalgoorlie, working a 40‐hour week; however, we are open to FIFO/DIDO arrangements for the right candidate. Raglan offers a competitive salary, excellent flexibility, modern resources and a team of enthusiastic colleagues!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Liaise with, advise and inspire internal personnel at all levels regarding HSE matters.
* Prioritise lead indicators, proactive safety management and innovation.
* HSE liaison and reporting with external stakeholders.
* Consult on, develop and review management plans, policies and procedures.
* Conduct audits to ensure company HSE processes remain legally compliant.
* Frequent travel to exploration projects for HSE matters.
* Track and analyse safety performance.
* Oversee all aspects of emergency management.
* Conduct thorough incident investigations and report writing.
* Injury management.
* Development and mapping of HSE strategies.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Solid understanding of exploration drilling operations and related risks.
* Passion for promoting all things HSE.
* Tertiary qualifications in health and safety.
* Formal qualifications and relevant experience with incident investigations.
* Confidence in public speaking.
* Strong listening skills.
* Ability to form strong relationships with personnel at all levels.
* Working knowledge of current legislation and ISO standards.
* Professional written communication skills.
* Ability to conduct audits, compile reports and facilitate risk management processes.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Current Australian Driver's licence.
* Ability to pass medical and fitness for work assessments.
* Qualifications in training and assessment.
* Lead Auditor Certification.
* Experience in exploration drilling operations.
