Across its publishing mastheads, it delivers credible, high-quality content to audiences throughout the state and beyond.We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven **Business Development Manager**to step into a newly created role, spearheading the growth of our digital subscriber base. This position will focus on building strategic corporate partnerships and identifying scalable acquisition opportunities.Working across a diverse range of audience sectors including corporate, hospitality and retail, this role is integral to driving partnership growth and unlocking new revenue streams. The successful candidate will be confident developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposal decks, with the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition and secure buy-in from prospective clients.**About the role*** Lead the expansion of large-scale corporate digital acquisition, building direct partnerships with major organisations.* Proactively develop scalable acquisition opportunities for digital growth.* Proactively identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and new revenue streams.* Maintain a new leads pipeline, developing tailored pricing strategies.* Preparing and presenting effective pitch decks that deliver growth.* Achieve quarterly KPI conversion targets and transform sales data into meaningful reports.* Collaborate closely with marketing and distribution teams to maintain retail partnerships and strengthen commercial performance in market.**About you**You are a natural hunter with a strategic mindset and a strong commercial instinct.
