About the role
As Head of Claims, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy, growth, and performance of AIAP. You'll work across clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure strong operational outcomes, high‐quality service delivery, and continued business growth.
Key responsibilities
* Support the overall strategy, growth, and performance of AIAP in line with company objectives
* Contribute to business growth and build and maintain client and partner relationships
* Oversee claims operations to ensure quality and efficiency
* Support financial performance and cost management
* Contribute to the AIAP business plan and monitor objectives and reporting
* Lead and develop a high‐performing team
* Support contract management and commercial outcomes
* Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Qualifications & experience
* Experience in a TPA or claims environment – ideally with leadership responsibilities
* Strong background in claims operations and service delivery
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders
* Experience supporting commercial outcomes and business performance
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
