Job Title: Junior Systems Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and people-focused ICT professional to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the technology landscape by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of key applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining, improving, and supporting line-of-business applications to meet the needs of staff and students, ensuring accessibility and alignment with operational requirements.
* Contribute to IT projects by gathering requirements, assisting with implementation, and supporting system enhancements that drive efficiency and innovation.
* Act as a technical resource, providing guidance to staff on system functionality and best practices while supporting training initiatives to enhance technology proficiency.
* Help implement security measures, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the IT Service Desk to troubleshoot issues and streamline system operations.
Requirements:
* Experience managing run sheets, escalating issues, and coordinating with vendors.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to build relationships, and work within tight timeframes.
* Basic understanding of application support, management, and SQL databases.
* Demonstrated helpdesk experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Knowledge of legal, privacy, and security requirements.
* Must hold a valid Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
