Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co‐educational college in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, established in 1980. The College operates over multiple campuses – a Senior Campus for Years 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in Vermont South, a Junior Campus for K to Year 6 in Vermont South (1.8 km from the Senior Campus) and a Year 9 Campus in Vermont (1.4 km from the Senior Campus) and a VET Campus in Burwood.
Administrative Assistant
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised Administrative Assistants to join our Business Team. This varied role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including responding to telephone and email enquiries, welcoming and assisting visitors to the College, maintaining accurate data records, and providing high‐quality customer service to staff, students and families.
Experience with basic printing processes would be advantageous. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, a sound understanding of office administration systems and procedures, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information is essential. This is an ongoing, permanent, full‐time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school.
