About the Role
The Executive Assistant/Office Administrator provides high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and executive functions. This role combines executive assistance, office coordination, and payroll responsibilities, requiring strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing notes.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships and coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees.
Assist with end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with Finance/HR and maintain accurate employee payroll records and payroll queries.
Manage office systems, filing, and document control (both digital and hard copy).

Skills & experience
Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or office administrator role.
Experience supporting payroll processes or a strong willingness to learn.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
A positive disposition who enjoys being involved in a variety of duties.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
Certificate or qualification in Business Administration, HR or accounting.
Experience in small-to-medium business environment.
