About of the role:
We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join the team for a small boutique agent located in West Perth / Subiaco.
In this role you'll collaborate with clients to tackle the challenges of running and growing their businesses.
From financial management to strategic planning, you'll play a key role in unlocking opportunities and shaping their futures.
Majority of the workpapers prepared overseas therefore letting you get on with the real consulting and interesting part of feeling like you really are part of their business.
What you'll be doing:
Advising clients on tax strategies and business growth opportunities
Oversee financial reports and ensuring compliance with ATO
Collaborating with the team overseas to ensure quality of work
Delegate work and review files from the team overseas
Monitor timeframes to ensure client work completed as agreed
Provide tailored client solutions, mentoring junior team members
Participate in ongoing professional development and sharing knowledge.
What you'll need:
2-3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting firm
Is CA/CPA Qualified or looking to start
Wants to drive their career to the next level
A strong sense of team collaboration
Superfund exposure highly beneficial
Really wants partner with their clients and make a positive impact
