Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
* Liaise with insurers, clients, brokers, assessors, and other stakeholders
* Proactively follow up on claims to ensure timely progression and resolution
* Provide regular updates and guidance to clients throughout the claims process
* Negotiate outcomes and advocate on behalf of clients where required
* Maintain accurate records and ensure service standards are consistently met
Requirements
* Previous experience managing general insurance claims within a brokerage environment
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims processes
* Exposure to areas such as commercial motor, property, business packages, and liability claims
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio
* A proactive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding client service
