Overview$30-35 + super, per hour - depending on experienceOur Client Located in St Leonards, right by the train & metro stations, our well known and highly reputable client is looking to hire a data entry officer on a 2 month temporary basis.
This role would offer opportunity to work with a hugely successful, well known business as part of their finance function.
This role would be ideal for a Working Holiday Visa holder!
Position DescriptionHigh volume data entryIdentify, review and correct data exceptionsBasic invoicingTrack and resolve technical issues in conjunction with the wider teamGeneral office duties – including answering phones & collecting mailComplete administration duties related to client admission, transition, alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systemsQualifications / ProfilePrevious experience in a similar data entry roleExperience using a large CRM is preferredIntermediate knowledge of ExcelProven ability to think and plan logically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptional service standards.Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing prioritiesIf you're well suited to the opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
