Shifts: full‐time, part‐time or casual, AM, PM or nights across a 7‐day roster.

You will:
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and dignified manner
* Support residents to maintain independence while tailoring care to their individual preferences, cultural background, beliefs and life experiences
* Monitor, observe and report any changes in physical, mental or emotional wellbeing to the clinical team
* Ensure safe and effective personal care practices, including infection prevention and control, adherence to individualised care plans and the use of appropriate equipment
* Maintain accurate, timely and confidential documentation, including daily care notes, incident reports, resident preferences and communication
* Uphold residents' rights to dignity, choice, privacy and identity in all aspects of care
* Work within a scope of practice, following organisational policies & procedures, our code of conduct and safety guidelines
* Receive excellent remuneration and salary packaging benefits up to $18,500 per annum
What We Are Looking For:
* Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
* Kindness, humour and a 'can‐do' attitude
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Minimum one year experience in an aged care facility
* Experience in dementia care or palliative care
* A desire to learn with ongoing professional development and participation in continuous quality programs
* A positive team approach to caring
* The ability to follow policies, processes and instructions
