Job Title: Host and Ambassador
We are seeking a skilled host to join our team, who will ensure the freshness and welcoming environment of our rooms, public areas, guest amenities, staff village, and facilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to attend to guest requests, report maintenance concerns, perform deep cleaning of rooms in line with brand standards, and assist the wider Housekeeping Team as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, making it easy for guests to approach you with concerns or compliments. Your problem-solving abilities will turn challenges into opportunities, allowing every guest to leave with great memories.
This position requires physical fitness, as you will be on your feet for most of the day and need to bend and kneel frequently.
