We're looking for a driven leader to help shape the future of our Northern Region business.As a Client Support Manager, you will play a key role as part of the Hymix Executive Team, leading our client support function and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for our customers.About the role:Lead and manage a team of Allocators and Client Support Agents, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing developmentDrive strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and support across all client touchpointsBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concernsWork closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of all client interactions and transactionsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery while partnering with internal stakeholders to implement enhancementsContribute to business performance through strong leadership, collaboration, and customer-focused decision makingAbout you:Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsA proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capabilityAble to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environmentExperience in customer service, client support, or a related field (minimum 3 years)Experience in the construction or building materials industry (highly regarded but not essential)Our Benefits:At Hymix Australia, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
